This is indeed the fundamental means to reduce the impact of the Great Resignation on the one hand, and, on the other, to attract and keep the talents, especially in the new generations who are growing increasingly aware of these aspects.

Physical well-being is not separated from mental well-being. The latter was profoundly put to the test during the pandemic, and by the pressure of a labour market that has been very unstable over the last few years.
In fact, together with the phenomenon of the “great resignation”, companies are now coping more and more often with their employees’ cases of burnout.
While companies with over 250 employees have already started tackling the problem, with a 47% increase in investments for stress management programs, smaller companies are now starting to design their strategies.
