The way you breathe says a lot about the way you live.

Learning how tro breathe well means producing a positive impact on your psycho-physical health: it helps you manage fatigue, reduce stress, release emotions in a conscious way. From sports to work, passing through all the aspects of daily life, correct breathing allows you to improve your performances and anchieve a definitely better quality of life.

In collaboration with Andrea Zuccari, freediving world record holder and international coach of equalisation techniques, we developed five breathing exercises to accompany you on a journey that takes you from the full awareness of your breathing to the full control over it.

Our Breathing exercises

Beginner

Gain awareness and develop control over diaphragmatic breathing, maintaining a constant rhythm between inhaling and exhaling.

Intermediate

Gain awareness and develop control over diaphragmatic and chest breathing, with a pace that favours the physiological slow down of heart rate and an increasing state of relaxation.

Advanced

Gain awareness and develop control over diaphragmatic and chest breathing, maintaining a constant rhythm. Once you have gained full control over your breathing, you’ll be able to move on to the following excercises.

Performance

Gain awareness and develop control over diaphragmatic and chest breathing, with a pace that favours deep relaxation and mental focus, which prepares you to an optimum psycho-physical performance.
