You can return your products within 4 days from the receipt of the goods, as per the regulations available at this link.

How? Follow these instructions:

1) Send an e-mail to eshop@starpool.com with the following information:

• Subject: return for withdrawal
• Name and Surname
• Order number
• Code of the items that you wish to return;

2) Wait for a reply from our Customer Care Department, which will provide you with the instructions to follow;

3) Include the purchase receipt/invoice (original or copy) inside the package;

4) Pack the items in the original packaging of the item;

5) Entrust the parcel to a courier of your choice. Remember that the shipping costs to return the products will be charged to you;

6) Keep the return shipment receipt.

The products that you wish to return shall be sent within 14 days from the date when you send the email to exercise your right of withdrawal. They must be intact, complete with accessories and any manuals, and without any defects.

After having received the returned goods and having verified their intactness, we shall refund the full amount within 14 days, by re-crediting the due amount using the same method of payment used at the time of the purchase.

Please note: the right of withdrawal is excluded for purchases carried out with a VAT registration number.
