You go from the intense heat of the traditional Finnish sauna to the milder temperature of the Soft Sauna, passing through the humid heat of the Steam Room recalling the typical Arab hammams. The two cold reactions, the regenerating Ice Fall and the soonto-be-here Cold Pool, to dive into icy water, alternate the hot sessions and favour the rebalancing of body temperature. The WDT Werner Dosiertechnik showers, combining harmonious colour change, relaxing sounds and vaporisation of essential oils, complete this sensory experience.
The Hotel wellness proposal is even richer, in full Adlon style. Each element was designed indeed to allow everyone to take care of themselves from every point of view, as wellness also includes fitness and nutrition. The Gym area features cutting-edge equipment for those who want to work out, and multimedia contents with news, films and TV series.
