In the beating heart of Berlin at walking distance from the iconic Brandenburg Gate, Hotel Adlon Kempinski is a symbol of luxury that merges perfectly with wellness, thanks to Starpool’s expertise.  The wellness area of the hotel, Adlon Spa by Resense, has recently been enriched  by a selection of top-notch saunas by Starpool, designed to offer unmatched relaxation and wellness experiences.

The Finnish sauna, realised in dark Toulipier Thermowood with illuminated Ayous benches, creates an ideal environment for relaxation and respiratory health, with temperatures reaching up to 80-100°C. This sauna purifies and energises both body and mind, generating a unique sensory experience.

For a more gentle approach, the Soft Sauna – elegantly clad in black Savu fir, characterised by a distinctive wood grain – offers a temperature around 50-60°C and humidity around 50-60%. This sauna from the Glamour Collection by Starpool favours relaxation and skin health, reducing stress and anxiety, and combines fine materials and timeless elegance.

In addition, the steam bath clad in EcoStone Black offers a wellness oasis with a temperature of 45°C and a humidity rate of 98%, promoting natural exfoliation and serotonin production.  To complete the experience in line with the Starpool method alternating heat, water and rest, two cold reactions: the regenerating Ice fall, and Cold Pool, to dive into icy water. Both reactions were designed to support the balance of body temperature.
